Ph.D. from the School of Economics, Fudan University. Currently an Associate Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Head of the Social Security Department.In recent years, the focus of my research has been on social security topics such as pension insurance and unemployment insurance. I have conducted in-depth studies on social security enrollment behaviors and the impact of social security on corporate investment and employment, as well as on individual consumption and employment. My research findings have been published in several peer-reviewed journals, including Economic Research Journal, Journal of World Economics, Economics Quarterly, Journal of Finance, World Economics, Economic Dynamics, and Journal of Asian Economics. Additionally, I have participated in and led numerous national-level research projects in the field of social security.
