Research Projects
Since 1999, he has been engaged in research on real estate economics under the guidance of Professor Wang Hongwei, participating in nine national-level projects and eight social application projects, including the National Social Science Fund projects "Research on the Operation Mechanism of China's Real Estate Securitization" and "Research on Financing and Risk Prevention Mechanisms in China's Housing Finance," as well as the State Taxation Administration project "Research on the Reform of China's Real Estate Rent, Tax, and Fees."
He has led three provincial-level projects, including the Shanghai Municipal Government decision-making consulting project "Research on Improving the Intensive Use of Land Resources and Regional Economic Development Models in Pudong New Area," and served as the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the 2005 Shanghai Real Estate Yearbook and the 2006 Shanghai Real Estate Yearbook.
