To ensure the quality of MPA students, the Center announced the following matters related to the Re-examination for On-the-Job MPA Study in SUFE 2013 in accordance with the principle of fairness and impartiality.

I. Passing score for the re-examination

   The passing score for the re-examination is a total of 165 points and above (including 165 points). There are no minimum score requirements for each subject.

II. Re-examination scores, form and process

1. The re-examination is conducted in the form of a “marginal interview” (meaning the number of candidates to be interviewed is larger than that of candidates to be admitted), with a full score of 150 points (where political examination counts 50 points and competency examination counts 100 points.)

2. Tax-oriented candidates shall report at the third floor, Fenghuang Building, No. 111, Wuchuan Road at 8:00 a.m. on January 4, 2014, and other candidates shall report at the same address at 13:00 p.m. on January 4, 2014. The candidates will receive a briefing sheet and fill in personal information.

3. The candidates will enter the interview room in order. Those candidates who have a title and position shall submit the Title Certificate (the original will be checked and the photocopy submitted) and the Position Certificate (with a seal of the company or institution that you work with) to the secretary of the re-examination team.

4. After entering the interview room, the candidates will first randomly select re-examination questions, then make a brief introduction of their study and work backgrounds and finally answer the selected questions.

5. The candidates will have a qualification review at the hall on the third floor of Fenghuang Building (10:30-11:30 and 15:00-16:00).

III. Re-examination contents

1. Interview contents: Mainly examining candidates’ understanding of the Party’s basic theories, lines, principles and policies and current popular political and economic issues.

 2. Examining candidates’ language skills, logical thinking ability, spontaneity ability, practice management ability and basic qualities.

 3. Considering candidates’ working years, education level, degree and working performance, etc.

The candidates with the highest combined scores of the preliminary examination and re-examination will be admitted.

VI. Miscellaneous

1. The candidates shall bring with them the Examination Registration Certificate, the second-generation ID card, the originals and photocopies of the undergraduate diploma and degree certificate (Undergraduates whose first degree is a junior college degree shall also bring the original and photocopy of the junior college diploma), Qualification Review Form for National On-the-Job Postgraduate Entrance Examination 2013 (After the candidate signs the form, the Personnel Department of the candidate’s company or institution shall review the contents in the form and write a recommendation. The candidate’s digital photo must bear the company seal), the original and photocopy of the title certificate, the position certificate and the re-examination fee of RMB 80 yuan.

2. The Postgraduate Admission Office will carry out uniform qualification review. The candidates who haven’t received the qualification review or failed in passing it will not be admitted.
