1. September 1986-July 1990 Graduated as a major in Economics and Management from Northwest Agricultural University, and received a bachelor's degree in Agronomy
2. September 1994-July 1997 Graduated as a major in Currency Banking from Northwest Agricultural University, and received a master's degree in Agronomy
3. September 1995-January 1996 Studied Financial Insurance at Wuhan University and awarded a Certificate of Completion.

Working Experience
1. From 1990 to 1994, engaged in teaching with Shaanxi Zhouzhi Agricultural Vocational Technology School
2. From 1996 to 2003, engaged in teaching and scientific research with the School of Economics and Management of Northwest Agriculture & Forestry University.
3. From 2003 to 2005, engaged in postdoctoral research work at the Agriculture and Forestry Economic Management Postdoctoral Research Station of Zhejiang University.
4. From 2005 to 2008, engaged in teaching and scientific research with the School of Management and the Chinese Rural Development Research Institute of Zhejiang University.
5. From 2008 to Present, engaged in teaching and scientific research with the School of Public Economics and Administration of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
Research Projects
She has long been engaged in the study of social security issues and has successively presided over more than 40 important research projects, including major national social science bidding projects, National Natural Science Fund projects, and National Social Science Fund projects. The research reports of numerous commissioned and survey topics undertaken for government departments have been adopted and applied. Recently, she has focused on key research issues such as labor security benefits, pension security, and integrated medical and elderly care services.
Publications
She has published over 100 papers and more than ten textbooks and monographs on topics such as pension security, social insurance, elderly care services, long-term care insurance, and the integration of medical and elderly care. Many of these achievements have been reprinted or recorded, and several have received multiple provincial and ministerial-level academic awards. Numerous results have also garnered the attention and endorsement of leaders in relevant departments.Key representative works include:
1. “关联社会保障制度待遇标准及梯度研究” (Economic Science Press, 2017), which received the Third Prize for Monographs in the Eighth Session of the Ministry of Education's Outstanding Research Achievements in Higher Education Institutions (Humanities and Social Sciences).
2. “中国社会保险制度费率水平及调整研究” (Shanghai People's Publishing House, 2020), which received the Second Prize for Monographs in the Ninth Session of the Ministry of Education's Outstanding Research Achievements in Higher Education Institutions (Humanities and Social Sciences).
